We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food/supplement products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers bear return shipping costs unless the issue is ours (wrong/defective product).

  •  For Approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 business days
